Bantaeng – Upaya mediasi antara PT Huadi Nickel-Alloy Indonesia dan Serikat Buruh Industri dan Pengolahan Energi (SBIPE) akhirnya membuahkan hasil. Bupati Bantaeng, M. Fathul Fauzy Nurdin, memimpin langsung proses mediasi yang berlangsung di Kantor Bupati Bantaeng pada Selasa, (29/7), didampingi oleh Kapolres Bantaeng, AKBP Nur Prasetyantoro Wira Utomo.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, kuasa hukum mewakili direksi PT Huadi dan berdialog langsung dengan perwakilan SBIPE. Kedua pihak mencapai kesepakatan melalui dialog konstruktif. Keduanya menandatangani perjanjian bersama yang memuat lima poin utama sebagai langkah penyelesaian konflik ketenagakerjaan yang sebelumnya memicu aksi unjuk rasa.
Poin pertama dalam perjanjian itu menetapkan bahwa kedua pihak menyelesaikan perselisihan mengenai kelebihan jam kerja atau upah lembur melalui Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial (PHI). Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk mematuhi putusan PHI sebagai rujukan untuk kasus serupa ke depannya.
Selanjutnya, PT Huadi menyatakan kesiapan untuk membayar selisih kekurangan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) terhitung sejak Januari hingga Juli 2025, dengan jadwal pembayaran pada bulan Agustus. Selain itu, SBIPE menyatakan tidak akan melanjutkan aksi demonstrasi di gerbang perusahaan, sehingga aktivitas operasional PT Huadi bisa berjalan kembali secara normal.
Pihak perusahaan menetapkan dua opsi dan menyampaikan langsung kepada anggota SBIPE yang terdampak. Perusahaan menawarkan opsi pertama dan membayar kompensasi sebesar Rp1,5 juta setiap bulan selama tiga bulan. Opsi kedua, pekerja dapat memilih pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) sesuai ketentuan undang-undang dan aturan internal perusahaan.
Poin terakhir menjelaskan bahwa perusahaan akan mempekerjakan kembali pekerja yang dirumahkan apabila kondisi finansial perusahaan membaik. Para pihak dalam mediasi tersebut menyepakati solusi ini sebagai langkah jangka menengah yang menjaga kesejahteraan pekerja dan mendukung kelangsungan operasional perusahaan.
Tanggapan Bupati Bantaeng Terkait Mediasi Tersebut
“Alhamdulillah, PT Huadi dan serikat buruh SBIPE telah mencapai kesepakatan bersama. Hari ini kita telah menandatangani perjanjian kerja sama tersebut, dan semoga ini menjadi pegangan bersama agar semua pihak patuh pada hasil mediasi,” ujar Bupati Uji Nurdin, Rabu, (30/7).
Penandatanganan dilakukan oleh enam pihak, termasuk Direktur Utama PT Huadi Jos Stefan dan Ketua SBIPE Junaid. Turut hadir sebagai saksi Mediator Hubungan Industrial Ilham Canning, Kadisnaker Irvandi Langgara, Kapolres Bantaeng, dan Bupati Bantaeng sendiri.
Sementara itu, Kuasa Hukum PT Huadi, Udhin Jalarambang, menyampaikan bahwa tidak ada pihak yang menang atau kalah dalam kesepakatan ini. Menurutnya, semua pihak telah menurunkan ego demi kemajuan bersama.
“Kami berterima kasih kepada Bupati, Kapolres, dan seluruh pihak yang telah menjaga suasana damai selama 16 hari terakhir. Kesepakatan ini lahir dari itikad baik, bukan paksaan,” tutup Udhin.
